    This will speak more to the people harmed by medical negligence and directly harmed from medication, particularly benzodiazepines, antidepressants and antipsychotics. Especially people who walked innocently into a Drs office for something quite unrelated i.e a head ache or tinnitus. An update on my progress and healing within this journey. A story of struggle but the findings in the struggle, the silver linings if you could call it that, and to really bring awareness to this corner of our world that is pretty ignored. Healing happens.     Sharing stories with Benzo TIRED, sharing is caring!

    With similar stories we found each other on instagram, Naftal asked me to be interviewed on his podcast, I was like YES! Both soo passionate to create awareness in this very dark underworld, where so many are left ignored, called crazy and suffering! It needs to stop! No one needs to go through this, if only Drs changed their ways and the drugs were banished!  Talking through it all, from both having gone to the Dr for the same thing, tinnitus, where it lead us, where we are now and what we have found helpful on this horrible journey.
