    Doing Yoga & Creating a Mindfulness/Meditation Practice With ADHD

    Mindfulness and meditation are huge pieces of the Yoga practice.   Infact, Yoga is not just an exercise class but essentially is a mindfulness practice.  If you've ever been in an ADHD circle when the word meditation or mindfulness comes up you almost always hear, "I could never sit still for that long!".
