The Healership Academy™

The Healership Academy is a show hosted by Auroara Leigh, MEd, Wellness Anthropologist, exploring how we unlearn the stories that keep us stuck and relearn the ones that build a well society. Through the lens of Wellness Anthropology, Auroara invites listeners into conversations about trauma, culture, leadership, healing, nervous systems, relationships, identity, systems change, and what it really means to be well. This is where we unlearn the idea that people are broken, disordered, lazy, too sensitive, too much, or not enough. We unlearn the paradigms that pathologize human responses while ignoring the conditions people are responding to. And we relearn what creates safety, connection, dignity, belonging, accountability, cultural humility, emotional honesty, and human flourishing.
