    EP20 | Everything & Nothing

    Everything & Nothing...that's what we're in control of. Have you ever been in situations where you've felt powerless and completely out of control? What about moments where you've felt like you're on top of things and all of the power was in your hands? What was the real difference between these two situations? Answer: Control. Specifically, where we believe the control is. There's times where we try to control things that we have no control over, and other times where we control the only things that we do have control over - and the difference there in our experience of life is dramatically different. Control seems to be one of those topics that we (collectively) can talk about for days. It's the thing that drives so much of how we behave. With it, we feel powerful, and without it, we feel completely powerless. The crazy thing about control though, is that we've been trained to look outside of ourselves for it. We've been conditioned to believe that control comes from some external source/person, when in reality, control is something that comes from deep within us. That's the only place that it resides. In this episode, we dive into the nuances of control - specifically, as it relates to destiny and our creator - and offer some insights into how you can co-create WITH instead of work against Source energy.     EP17 | People Pleasing vs. Serving

    People pleasing versus people serving. Raise your hand if you just read that and said “Huh!?” You’re not alone - but you’re in the right place at the right time if taking your life to the next level is something that excites you. Most of us have (or still are) suffering from chronic people pleasing - its just engrained in us - and in a culture that places family values at the core of life, the habit of people pleasing gets amplified 10x. We seek approval when we make decisions, we hold back from saying what we truly feel out of the fear of judgement and criticism, we dive into careers that we don’t feel passionate about, and arguably the most painful of all - we place other people and their needs above our own. While this way of life may have its benefits when we’re in middle school/high school, it’s extremely detrimental when we’re trying to grow and thrive as individuals - so much so, that it can potentially cost us our freedom, happiness, and fulfillment. In this episode, we dive into how to side-step the model of people pleasing and instead shift to the one rooted in love, freedom, passion, success, and more - people serving.     EP16 | Stay in Your Head, You're Dead

    By now, we all know that there’s a major disconnect between who we are, and who the world sees us as. We’re so often misunderstood, judged, criticized, and outed - painted out to be this horrible person that’s only ‘in it’ for their own benefit and will ‘win at all costs’ - even when there’s nothing but emotions at stake. And when we say enough is enough and we start trying to make changes, we start the process of reclaiming that true power within us...That innate, authentic, unlimited nature of who we really are - and that’s exactly when the title of this episode matters the most. The hand that’s stopping you from experiencing the life you want is your own, and in the process of getting out of your own way, that hand is wreaking havoc in your head - controlling your thoughts and skewing your reality. It’s making you buy into the limitations that landed you in this position you’re in to begin with. All of the limiting beliefs (read: b******t excuses). Don’t listen to it.     EP15 | Sweat Equity

    Your body is a reflection of your standards. This isn’t the most popular or mainstream concept in the world, but it’s one that’s fundamentally true - and when we embrace and internalize this at its core, its a concept that has the power to change our lives entirely. Everything physical is merely the manifestation of things unseen. In other words, physical and material things are just byproducts of the states of minds (energy, frequency, etc.) that we move through life with on a day-to-day basis. That considered, the single most effective way to assess, strategize, implement, and measure change and progress in our MIND is through our BODY. There’s a huge database of studies & research on the mind-body correlation, which you can find by simply googling the subject. But in this episode, we dive into how we discovered this truth, and then leveraged it to make massive shifts and take our lives up multiple levels, and how we continually use the mind-body connection as a tool for awareness, adjustment, and growth.
