    9. An Open Letter to Men...

In this episode we discuss the hardship and rollercoaster that is navigating the world as a woman in a world dominated by the male gaze and sexism. If you want to hear more regarding carrying men's emotional baggage and feminist journey, or dismantling internalized misogyny within yourself – you've come to the right place.

    08. Boycotting Rappers & Sympathising with Trump Supporters

WOW, we love a good character development! This episode takes more of a stream of consciousness style, where I update you on my hiatus from the podcast and fill you in on recent tea. The TEA being: talking about the problematic A$AP Rocky "thank you concert" in Sweden and the many upper middle class bigots that attended it. For the main event I talk about how I sympathise with the American people (even Trump supporters) and their day-to-day life, as a reaction to Swedish people saying "we vote against ourselves" (an opinion I long agreed with). I also reveal who I will be voting for in the US primary election. I speak up about the importance of being consistent with your ideals and opinions: so you don't end up in trouble like I did :'). And lastly: I give you a beautiful ASMR performance about Derrick the incel. Tbh I never thought I could be this nice when discussing American politics.

    07. Being the Token for American Politics & "Eurosplaining" (ft. Ellen Griffith)

(PART 2) In this weeks episode me and my fellow American-Swedish friend Ellen Griffith continue our conversation on our countries differences, this time withe the focus on: politics and systematic issues. We start off by talking about how it feels to get others opinions on American politics dumped on you solely because you are the "token" and how we deal with family members having different political affiliations than us. Then we discuss the stereotypes of being American as well as the US classic "go-go-go" mentality. We round it off by advocating self care and how we cope with built in cultural pressure. (If you want context for this episode, listen to PART 1!)

    06. Growing up Bi-Cultural in America and Sweden (ft. Ellen Griffith)

(PART 1) In this episode, me and my fellow half-American and half-Swedish friend Ellen Griffith talk about how it was growing up bi-cultural in America and Sweden. First we introduce our personal stories, memories and high school experiences. We touch on the different pressures from our American and  Swedish parents and what it is like experiencing cultural pressure differently than your younger siblings. We also tackle the classic "where are you REALLY from?" question and discuss being elevated for being Swedish while being bullied for being American. (Stay tuned for part 2!)

    05. The Amazon Is On Fire & I'm Not Okay

In this episode of the podcast I talk about having climate anxiety, the world ending because of G7, and shaming myself for eating meat. Other than that a man got shot to death outside my house, the Amazon is on fire, and Liam and Miley broke up. The only way I am soothing myself through these current events is by: drinking tea and podcasting with a face mask on. Love that for me. Let's be anxious together! :')

    04. Adulting & The A$AP Rocky Case (ft. Sam Nissander)

In this weeks episode we FINALLY have a guest, the one and only: Sam Nissander (my bf lmao). We talk about adulting, moving out and the main event - the A$AP Rocky case from a Swedish legal perspective. Us being social structure geeks, of course we had to take it THERE sis and dissect all underlying aspects of the case. Also we talk shit about Kimye and Trump :-) Enjoy!

    03. Needing Therapy & Calling Myself A P***y For 30 Minutes Straight

In this episode I talk about shaming myself for reminiscing or reflecting on past relationships and friendships. I talk about what the Lunar Eclipse has to do with this energy we are all feeling at the moment and the fact that 5 planets are now in retrograde. Why are we thinking about what that one dude we dated for 2 weeks in 2015 is doing now? What are these ex-friends doing in our dreams? Why do we feel sad, but nothing's wrong? Let's just say: THE VIBES ARE OFF SIS!

    02. The White Saviour Complex and Why It's Bad

In this weeks podcast episode I reflect on the Renee Bach case and how her white saviour complex contributed to illegaly practicing medicine in Jinja, Uganda - killing hundreds of children. Connecting to the case I speak of the damaging consequences of volunteer hype and aid workers without proper education or qualities for the task at hand. As well as the commodification and exploitation of black bodies for the sake of white peoples "poverty porn" and/or humble brags on social media. This ends here.
