    Bipolar Topics Episode

And Somehow It All Connects Welcome to the episode where I refuse to put everything into neat little categories. 😂 This is what I call my “bipolar episode”—not bipolar in the mental-health sense, but because the topics are about to jump all over the damn place and somehow, you’re supposed to keep up. We’re talking social media, curating your feed, distractions, spirituality, energy, dating, communication, finding your voice, parenting, learning, disabilities, self-worth, business, promoting yourself, music, intuition, signs, obedience, purpose, and whatever else decided to walk through the door while I was talking. Because honestly? Life is like that. One minute you’re trying to curate your social media feed, and the next you’re realizing you need to curate your LIFE. What you consume matters. What you give your attention to matters. Who you allow around you matters. And sometimes that one little distraction you decided to entertain can pull you completely away from what you were supposed to be doing. Then somehow we end up talking about dating. 😂 Then parenting. Then teaching kids how to actually function in the world instead of doing everything for them. Then learning how to use your voice. Then spirituality. Then music starts sending messages. Then I’m telling you about something my mother told me to do that had me looking at her like, “Ma’am… you want me to go talk to WHO?” And somehow… it all connects. This episode is about paying attention to what you’re consuming, what you’re creating, what you’re avoiding, who you’re becoming, and whether your actions actually match the life you’re saying you want. I’m also talking about why you need to stop waiting for people to understand your vision before you move. Promote yourself. Learn the skill. Ask the question. Use the resources. Teach your children. Find your voice. Trust your discernment. And if something keeps showing up in your life, maybe stop ignoring the damn message. This is $Flawed$. It’s random. It’s spiritual. It’s educational. It’s personal. It’s funny. It’s probably going to make you question how the hell we got from social media to music frequencies to parenting in the same conversation. But that’s the point. I’m not breaking this shit into five podcasts just because y’all can’t keep up. 😂 Pause it. Come back. Take notes. Whatever you gotta do. Just keep up. You Wanted the Walk. Now Walk It.

You Wanted the Walk. Now Walk It. Sometimes you have to separate yourself—not because you hate anybody, but because you know yourself well enough to recognize when something, somebody, or somewhere is no longer good for you. In this episode of $Flawed$, I’m going back to my roots and talking about the part of spirituality people don’t always show you: the ugly part. The lonely part. The part where you have to sit still, listen, separate yourself, lose things, learn things, and actually WALK the path you keep saying you want. Because it’s easy to admire somebody else’s spiritual practice, their titles, their altars, their gifts, their community, or the life they seem to have built. But you don’t know what they had to sacrifice to get there—and your path was never supposed to look exactly like theirs anyway. I’m talking about knowing when to disconnect, listening when spirit tells you to sit your ass down, learning the difference between being friendly and being called to guide somebody, and the uncomfortable reality of being placed in situations you never would’ve chosen for yourself. And yes, we’re talking about being careful what you ask for. Because sometimes you ask for help, and somebody shows up for a season. You ask for purpose, and suddenly your old life doesn’t fit anymore. You ask for spiritual growth, and then you’re confronted with the parts of yourself you didn’t want to deal with. You ask for the calling, but forget that the calling comes with WORK. This is me ranting, laughing, talking shit, getting spiritual, getting personal, and reminding you to stop trying to live somebody else’s customized path. Your life is customized for YOU. So if you’re asking for the walk, baby… Walk it.
