    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Everything is Creation

    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Everything is Creation

    Everything is creation; creation through being.

    This week, as in all our podcasts, Patricia and I flow from the heart before engaging the mind without egoistic sabotage, allowing the energy to move us along our journey of co-creation.

    Constant change is a given. It is one of nature's most natural processes. We are part of our earth's wonderful nature.

    Embrace it. We can never be bored when we engage with the freedom to be; boredom comes from stagnation.

    Engage the Mantra: ‘That was then, this is now.’ “If it is all truth, there is nowhere to hide.” We allow fear to creep in and thwart our honesty; where ‘little white lies’ can turn into monstrous monsters.

    Today’s podcast touches on ‘hindsight’ – an awareness of historical blindness.

    Awareness takes effort to keep us in the light rather than the easy route of being kept in the dark.

    Let us unlearn the learned behaviors that do not serve us.

    It takes willingness to explore, experience, and practice.

    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Spend Time on Yourself

    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Spend Time on Yourself

    Patricia here today welcoming you to our podcast waxing lyrical about our smörgåsbord of conversation during our weekly open-hearted, flowing co-creation.

    jeannette and I promote a revolution of love, embracing awareness and being non-judgemental while adopting the power of positivity. Are we ready to work on ourselves? It begins here, now, today, and it starts with me, you, and us.

    Are we ready to walk our talk? Let us not waste our valuable time falling down the ‘rabbit holes.’ We know they exist, but we can be more effective by spending our time on ourselves—on being the change we want to see in this world. How do we measure up today? If the needle is big enough, we can fit a camel through it!

    About Leadership: Being in the Now

    About Leadership: Being in the Now

    Today, i want to celebrate my co-creation partner, Patricia Jean Fleming, with you.

    With her, i learned and un-learned to be in my heart, to stay present and in relationship with who i am and with whom i am.

    Together, we have learned to step out of the mind and into the heart, to dare to be who we are at any time and anywhere.

    It has taken lots of exploring, experiencing, and practicing via weekly heart-to-heart conversations since early 2022.

    Today, we are.

    Today, we create through who we are.

    Today, i share our latest conversation about being in the Now.

    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Co-Creating through the Heart

    About Socially-Conscious Leadership: Co-Creating through the Heart

    In this first episode, Patricia Jean and Jeannette share about co-creation, allowing yourself to flow with your heart.

    Both experience co-creation through these conversations.

    The experience of co-creation goes beyond collaboration. Here we explain to you why:

    1.) Co-creation is born through the Being, while collaboration starts from the Doing;

    2.) The outcome of co-creation cannot be pre-defined. It has to be lived from. Collaboration is pre-defined; It is planned to result from the relationship between the parties;

    3.) Co-creation respects the wholeness of each party. Collaboration requests you to give up something of yourself to reach the predefined outcome.

    Start living from the heart and co-creating the New Earth!
