    Did you know that 95% of the planet experience contaminated happiness?  The kind of happiness that disappears quickly when unpleasant stimuli are introduced into our mind.  And this happens every day! What you don't realize, is how much you suffer...  not gross suffering, but simply the lack of happiness in your life.  Because let's face it, there's a lot to be upset about in the world.  Shootings, economic crisis', hate, discrimination, and so on.  We also have a lot going on in our own world!  Stress, worry, self limiting beliefs, health concerns and so on.  We then begin a pattern of suffering,  and then we collectively add to the suffering of others and the world!  But is there truly a way to be happy, no matter what's going on in the world?
