    The Timothy Project Wk 3

Hello All, This week the Podcast is from Sunday Sept. 27th 2026 with Pastor Travis with week 3 of the teaching The Timothy Project Pt.3. These are some of the Notes and Scriptures referenced during the sermon: 2 Timothy 2:1–3 (NKJV) “You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 2 Timothy 4:5 (NKJV) “But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” Romans 12:6-9 (NLT) 6 In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. 7 If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. 8 If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly. 9 Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. 2 Timothy 2:4-7 (NKJV) 4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. 5 And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. 6 The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops. 7 Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things. The Christians disciple is described three ways: 1)Soldier (Spiritual Warfare) 2)Athlete (Discipline) 3)And a farmer ( Planter) Matthew 6:19-21 (NKJV) 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 1 Corinthians 9:24–27  “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.” — 1 Corinthians 9:24 NKJV The Imperishable Crown — 1 Corinthians 9:24–25 For discipline, self-control, and faithfully running the Christian race. The Crown of Rejoicing — 1 Thessalonians 2:19–20 Often called the soul-winner’s crown, connected with people reached and influenced for Christ. The Crown of Righteousness — 2 Timothy 4:7–8 For those who have fought the good fight, finished the race, kept the faith, and “loved His appearing.” The Crown of Life — James 1:12; Revelation 2:10 Connected with faithfully enduring trials, temptation, persecution, and suffering. The Crown of Glory — 1 Peter 5:2–4 Connected particularly with faithful shepherding and spiritual leadership: The Third Reason 3) To Partake of the fruit (farmer) Why do we want to disciple ? 1) To please Him 2) For eternal reward 3) For personal growth

    The Timothy Project Wk.2

Hello This week the message is from Sunday Sept 20th 2026 titled The Timothy Project Week.2 with Pastor Travis. The following are scriptures and notes that were used during the message: 2 Timothy 2:1–3 (NKJV) “You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 2 Timothy 4:5 (NKJV) “But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” 2 Timothy 2:1-2 (NKJV) 2 You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. The first three steps 2 Timothy 1:2-6 Step#1. Pray for your Timothy Step#2. Remind your Timothy he’s gifted Step#3 Encourage to stir up the gifts Pray, Pour, and Stir. Guilt: Focuses on the behavior ("I did something bad"). It involves regret over a specific action rather than your whole character. Shame: Focuses on the self ("I am bad"). It involves a negative evaluation of your core identity. 2 Timothy 1:8 (NKJV) 8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, 1 Timothy 2:3-5 (NLT) 3 This is good and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. 5 For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:6 (NLT) 6 He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time. 2 Timothy 1:15 (NLT) 15 As you know, everyone from the province of Asia has deserted me—even Phygelus and Hermogenes. Don’t judge the legitimacy of someone’s Faith by their circumstances, and don’t be ashamed to identify with people because of their circumstances. 1 Corinthians 12:26-27 (NLT) 26 If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is honored, all the parts are glad. 27 All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it. Galatians 6:2 (NLT) 2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. Burden: heaviness, weight, burden, trouble 2 Timothy 1:13 (NLT) 13 Hold on to the pattern of wholesome teaching you learned from me—a pattern shaped by the faith and love that you have in Christ Jesus. Action Items 1) Ask yourself am I standing Unashamed? 2) Is there a Burden I can help share? 3) Is there a Pattern I can show? Let’s recap (Week 1) Pray for your Timothy Pour Into your Timothy Stir up your Timothy (Week 2 ) Stand Unashamed Share burdens Show patterns Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teachings from The Word. The Timothy Project

This week our message is with Pastor Travis titled The Timothy Project from Sunday Sept 13th 2026. The following are Scriptures and notes from the sermon: 2 Timothy 2:1–3 (NKJV)  “You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 3 I thank God, whom I serve with a pure conscience, as my forefathers did, as without ceasing I remember you in my prayer’s night and day 2 Timothy 4:5 (NKJV)  “But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, the work of an evangelist , fulfill your ministry.” 2 Timothy 1:4-5 (NKJV)  4 greatly desiring to see you, being mindful of your tears, that I may be filled with joy, 5 when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you , which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.  2 Timothy 1:6-7 (NKJV)6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Step 1 PRAY for your Timothy Step 2 REMIND your Timothy of giftings Step 3 ENCOURAGE your Timothy to Stir up the Gift Ephesians 4:15-17 (NLT)  15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. 16He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. 1 Corinthians 12:21-22 (NLT)  21 The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.”22 In fact, some parts of the body that seem weakest and least important are actually the most necessary. 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT)  7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. Ephesians 5:18-19 (NLT)  18 Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit,19singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, and making music to the Lord in your hearts. Pray and ask the Lord: 1)Who are you calling me to lead?  2)Can you show me one person to reach this year? Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teachings from The Word. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” Deuteronomy 5:27 (NKJV) “You go near and hear all that the LORD our. God may say, and tell us all that the LORD ourGod says to you, and we will hear and do it.” Exodus 34:6 (ESV) 6 The Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, Love = Hesed Which is covenant love of a superior to an inferior its merciful Love that is loyal and strong. Exodus 34:7-8 (ESV) keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children's children, to the third and the fourth generation.” 8 And Moses quickly bowed his head toward the earth and worshiped. Psalm 100:4 (NLT) 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. Ephesians 1:7 NLT 7 He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. 1 Peter 2:24 (NKJV) 24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. 1 John 1:9 (NKJV) 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Foundations For Life Pt.5

This week the Message is with Pastor Ricardo Lopez titled Foundations for Life from Sunday August 30 2026. The following are scritpures and notes that were used:  1 John 4:7-8  Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God.  Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God.  But anyone who does not love does not know God , for God is love. Psalm 103:8  The LORD is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry love. Science: It explains the mechanisms, brain shifts, attachment patterns.  circuites , hormone works.  Scripture: It focuses on its meaning.  It attempts to tell us how it It tells us what it is for and how it should look when lived out. Science: Explains love in evolutionary and psychological terms as useful and adaptive.  Values healthy reciprocity, does not require truth.  Sees sacrifice as situationally beneficial to the individual or group wellbeing.  It’s instinctual, not a choice. Scripture:  Roots love in God’s character, not human wellbeing. Calls people to love beyond what’s deserved.  It’s a • choice. • Its intrinsically linked with truth, and Sacrifice is it’s central image but not as a beneficial action but as a redeeming manifestation of its own nature. 1 John 4:9-10  God showed us how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.  This is real love not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as sacrifice to take away our sin. 1 John 3:23  And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. John 13:34-35  So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other.  Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.  Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples. Loving each other when Jesus said: Mathew 5:44 “ like Jesus loved us is difficult, specially But I say, Love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”  Luke 6:27-28  “But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you.  Bless those who curse you.  Pray for those who hurt you.” • God’s attributes aren’t competing parts: • God’s love is Just and God’s justice is loving Justice aims at restoring not punishing • Love speaks truth –– Truth without love lacks compassion and mercy, Love without truth becomes sentimental and unfruitful. John 8:10-11  Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?” “No, Lord” she said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I.  Go and sin no more” Ephesians 4:31-32  Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of eveil behaviour .  Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. 1 Peter 4:78  The end of the world is coming soon.  Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your prayers.  Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.  Romans 12:10  Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other Further Scriptures were read: 1 Corinthians 13 Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teachings from The Word. Foundations For Life Pt.4

This week the message is with Pastor Travis Blais called Foundations for Life Pt.4 from Sunday Aug 23rd 2026.  Isaiah 55:10-11 (NLT) 10 “The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. 11 It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. Joshua 1:8 (NKJV) 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Meditate: — to ponder deeply; to rehearse or quietly speak something to yourself repeatedly. So here is the process 1) God speaks 2) I look carefully at what He said 3) I meditate on what He said 4) His Word changes how I think 5) I begin speaking and acting in agreement with His Word 6)Transformation and fruitfulness begin to manifest Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV) “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.” What are words? Words are vehicles that carry thoughts, convey meaning, and produce influence. Numbers 14:11 (ESV) 11 And the Lord said to Moses, “How long will this people despise me? And how long will they not believe in me, in spite of all the signs that I have done among them? James 3:2-3 (NLT) 2 Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way. 3 We can make a large horse go wherever we want by means of a small bit in its mouth. them? James 3:4-5 (NLT) 4 And a small rudder makes a huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses to go, even though the winds are strong. 5 In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches. But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. James 3:6 (NLT) 6 And among all the parts of the body, the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself. James 3:7-9 (NLT) 7 People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, 8 but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison.9 Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. James 3:10 (NLT) 10 And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right! James 3:14-15 (NLT) 14 But if you are bitterly jealous and there is selfish ambition in your heart, don’t cover up the truth with boasting and lying. 15 For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom. Such things are earthly, unspiritual, and demonic. James 3:16-17 (NLT) 16 For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind. 17 But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. Matthew 12:36 (NLT) 36 And I tell you this, you must give an account on judgment day for every idle word you speak. Idle: ar-gos: inactive, unemployed; lazy, useless:—barren. Proverbs 12:18 (NKJV) “There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health.” Proverbs 15:4 (NKJV) “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.” Proverbs 16:24 (NKJV) “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.” Proverbs 21:23 (NKJV) “Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles.” Proverbs 14:30 (NKJV) “A sound heart is life to the body, But envy is rottenness to the bones.” Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teachings from The Word. Foundations For Life Pt.3

This week the message is called Foundations For Life Part 3 With Pastor Travis from Sunday Aug, 16th 2026. These are some of the Scriptures and notes from the Sermon: 2 Peter 1:4-5 (NLT) 4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. 5 In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge, James 1:22-26 (NLT) 22 But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. 23 For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. 24 You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. 25 But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it. 26 If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. How do we respond? 1) Look carefully 2) Do what it says 3) Remember what you heard 4) Control what you say Isaiah 55:8-9 (NLT) 8 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.9 For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:7-8 (NLT) 7 Let the wicked change their ways    and banish the very thought of doing wrong.   Let them turn to the Lord that he may have mercy on them.   Yes, turn to our God, for he will forgive generously. 8 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord.     “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. Romans 10:8 (NKJV) 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach) Isaiah 55:12 NLT 12 You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands! 13 Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the Lord’s name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love.” Joshua 1:8 (NKJV) 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Meditate: — to ponder deeply; to rehearse or quietly speak something to yourself repeatedly. So here is the process: 1) God speaks 2) I look carefully at what He said 3) I meditate on what He said 4) His Word changes how I think 5) I begin speaking and acting in agreement with His Word 6)Transformation and fruitfulness begin to manifest Isaiah 31:4 (NKJV) 4 For thus the Lord has spoken to me: “As a lion roars, And a young lion over his prey (When a multitude of shepherds is summoned against him, He will not be afraid of their voice Nor be disturbed by their noise), So the Lord of hosts will come down To fight for Mount Zion and for its hill.
