    SQUADCast Ep. 02: SAT Words

This episode, B Newt is still at work doing his thing so we miss him on this one. Never fear, the rest of the guys keep the conversation going, and they were definitely prepared, SAT words and all.  Brandon is back in the kitchen making spaghetti while the fellas check in about what happened this past week. They chat in detail about the 3 mass shootings in less than 5 days and how Black America has been trying to tell folks about the ills of white supremacy. They also talk about the Marshawn Lynch situation at his football camp, the Carmelo Anthony interview, the Rich Paul rule passed by the NCAA, and briefly about the top 50 rappers list and the impossible whopper. Thanks for listening in and also, enjoy this week's "Wednesday to Wednesday" Playlist additions: "Feels like Summer" - Childish Gambino, "Wintertime" - YBN Cordae, "We Major" - Kanye West, "Take off your Cool" - Outkast w/ Nora Jones, "Meditation" - Gold Link w/ Jazmine Sullivan

SQUADcast Ep. 00 : So It Begins (The Soft Launch)

Looks like we are finally a go with this RAM Squad podcast situation. Derek and Jo'rell are the 1st two members that take on the task of launching the first episode of SQUADcast, a podcast that is a long time coming. Listen in as they take the time out to roughly outline what to expect with the SQUADcast, who will be on it, what will be talked about,  and how the content may come together.  They also spend a lot of this inaugural episode riffing on things like adding value to the lives of your loved ones, the commitment it takes to maintain friendships, the difficulty of 80s babies sharing in this social first world, and fatherhood mixed with some shenanigans with friends. Subscribe and enjoy this episode and so many more to come each week. Remember, life changes, friends don't!
