So I got a C (for "Cassie"!) in textiles in college. During my first year teaching, when 'weaving' was apart of the curriculum, I panicked. That was 23 years ago...since then I've learned to love all things textiles myself. It's become one of my favorite things to teach! Not just for art teachers & teachers!
I’m a young adult, and a nurse, and have found this podcast to be filled with great ideas and advice regarding art and life in general. I used to sew as a child, but that was about the extent of my creative outlets, though I’ve always loved creating things. This podcast has motivated me to incorporate art (in various forms) back into my life on a regular basis, and in turn has brought some life back into my life. Love listening and watching on YouTube!
