Timothy Project EP. 3 | The Wild Beast: Beauty and the Beast

In this final episode of The Wild Beast conversation, Aj & Amanda discuss that God did not just want us to be aware that we are beasts but also to give us a plan of becoming something better! His plan was to transform us from a beast to a bride.  In this episode we will explore the Jewish tradition of marriage and how Jesus fulfilled every marriage act as He was pursuing mankind. The plan laid out before us was a plan divinely orchestrated by God to transform us from our beast like status to a bride that Jesus could come back for!

Timothy Project Ep. 2 | The Wild Beasts: I'm a Beast

In this second episode of the wild beasts, Aj and Amanda dig into Genesis a bit more as well as the New Testament and explore how mankind has fallen from the mountain of Eden thus losing their status of being spiritual beings to be reduced to the status of an animal. We will see this trend developing throughout the Old Testament pointing us towards someone who will come and be something higher than a mere animal, a son of man...

Timothy Project Ep. 1 | The Wild Beasts: The first born

In this first episode of this new series, The Wild Beasts, Aj and Amanda dig into Genesis and explore how man and beast were created on day 6 and that man was created after the beast thus making man the second born. Both were created from the dust but man was made into something higher than the beast. Man inherits from God the breath of life (Hebrew nsamah; spirit). Both man and beast were a living nephesh aka creature, but man had the spirit of God breathed into him and was given dominion over the first born. God then separates man and beast further by giving them different diets. The mans diet would consist of fruit and nuts while the beast would eat from the grass of the field, until the first born decided he would cause the second born to sale the birthright...  With this framework in mind, we can see that something below the surface of the text is beginning to brew to the top! Listen in as Aj and Amanda unpack this thought further as they discuss this first born animal

Hey everyone, welcome to The Timothy Project! The Timothy project is a joint effort with Timothy's Table and together we make up the Timothy Network. In this episode of The Timothy Project, Aj and Amanda will finish the topic of Kingdom Management as they discuss what it truly means to be Apostolic and managing relationships.  We believe the Bible is intentional in showing us how to walk into more of the kingdom by showing us how to manage ourselves, spiritual territory, and relationships. We hope you enjoy these conversations and we especially pray God gives you divine favor in the area to which He has called you.
