    Special Guest: Tara McGowan

    Tara McGowan is a kindergarten teacher at Rose Valley Elementary School. She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and earned a Master's degree from Grand Canyon University in Reading Curriculum and Instruction. She is  passionate about teaching some of our youngest learners and I love empowering and instilling independence as they learn and grow! When she's not teaching she loves spending time with her family and she also loves traveling!  She is  excited for the year ahead!
