    The premier episode is here and let’s talk about the basics, what is spiritual health, how it is connected to overall health, how to work on your spiritual health and when to allow someone to help guide you.  Spirit is defined as the nonphysical part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character; the soul. Spiritual health is a dimension of human wellness that connects to a person's spirit and all dimensions of health, including physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. It can be defined as anything that includes the well-being of a person's spirit, their inner being.  Spiritual health can include:  Creating meaning in life Cultivating altruism and ethics A purposeful life Transcendence Actualization of different dimensions and capacities of human beings Connecting your purpose, values, and beliefs to something greater than yourself Caring and acting for the welfare of others and the environment Being able to practice forgiveness and compassion in life Spiritual health is seen more as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
