Throughout his youth, Jeremy stood out not only for his determination but for his ability to lead and bring people together. As captain of his high school team, he earned the respect of his peers through discipline, accountability, and a team-first mentality that would later define much of his professional career. Over the years, Jeremy built a successful career in business, leading teams ranging in size from just a handful of employees to organizations of more than 300 people.
