Nahum 2:1-13 | The Reality of God's Judgment

In this sermon from Nahum chapter 2. Nahum gives all the vivid details of the downfall of the city of Nineveh. Nahum 2 reveals that when God declares judgment, no enemy can stand and no purpose of His can fail. For God’s people, this is a reminder that He will judge wickedness, keep His promises, and ultimately bring justice. Nahum’s vivid picture of Nineveh’s fall reminds us that God’s judgment is real and certain. His patience should never be mistaken for indifference, His Word can be trusted, and those who take refuge in Christ can face the coming judgment with hope. 1. The Sound of Judgment (v1-2) 2. Matthew 24:32-35 | Words That Will Not Pass

How can we remain confident in God's promises when the world around us seems uncertain? In Matthew 24:32–35, Jesus uses the illustration of a fig tree to teach His disciples the importance of recognizing the signs He has given. As He continues His teaching on the events surrounding His coming judgment, Christ makes a remarkable declaration: “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.” In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Jesus' teaching about the fig tree, the meaning of “this generation,” and the absolute certainty of Christ's prophetic words. While earthly kingdoms rise and fall, God's Word remains eternally trustworthy. This passage reminds believers that our confidence must rest not in human predictions or changing circumstances, but in the unchanging promises of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 24:29-31 | Coming on the Clouds

What will happen when Jesus Christ returns in glory? In Matthew 24:29–31, Jesus describes one of the most dramatic events in all of human history—the visible and glorious coming of the Son of Man. As Jesus continues His teaching on the Mount of Olives, He reveals extraordinary signs in the heavens, the appearing of the Son of Man with power and great glory, and the gathering of His elect from the four winds. In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Christ’s prophetic words in their biblical context, considering what these events reveal about God's sovereign purposes, the certainty of Christ's return, and the hope that belongs to those who trust in Him. The return of Jesus Christ is not merely a subject for theological speculation. It is a glorious promise that should shape how believers live, worship, and eagerly await their Savior.

Matthew 24:15-28 | I Have Told You Beforehand

In Matthew 24:15–28, Jesus warns His disciples of a coming time of unprecedented tribulation, deception, and distress. Yet amid these sobering warnings, Christ reminds His followers that He has told them these things beforehand. In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Jesus’ teaching concerning the abomination of desolation, the great tribulation, the rise of false christs and false prophets, and the unmistakable nature of Christ’s return. Through it all, we are reminded that God's sovereign purposes will stand, His Word can be trusted, and His people must remain watchful and discerning. How should believers understand these prophetic warnings? And how does knowing what Christ has revealed prepare us to stand firm in the face of deception and uncertainty?

2 Chronicles 33:12-13 | What is True Repentance?

What does true repentance look like? In 2 Chronicles 33:12–13, we see one of Scripture’s most striking pictures of repentance in the life of King Manasseh. After years of grievous rebellion against God, Manasseh found himself humbled by the consequences of his sin. In his distress, he sought the Lord, humbled himself greatly, and prayed—and God heard him. In this sermon, Aaron Archer examines the nature of true biblical repentance. Repentance is more than regret over consequences or sorrow that life has gone badly. It is a humble turning of the heart toward God, acknowledging our sin and seeking His mercy. Manasseh’s story reminds us that no sinner is beyond the reach of God’s grace. The same king who had led Judah into terrible idolatry was brought low, turned to the Lord, and discovered that the God he had rejected was willing to hear his prayer.

1 Kings 19 | The Voice that Does Not Need to Shout | Mathieu Coran

In 1 Kings 19, Elijah has just witnessed one of the greatest displays of God’s power in the Old Testament. Yet only a short time later, he is afraid, discouraged, and running for his life. Alone in the wilderness, Elijah discovers that the Lord does not always make Himself known through the spectacular. In this sermon, Mathieu Coran walks through Elijah’s encounter with God at Mount Horeb and the remarkable moment when the Lord reveals Himself—not in the powerful wind, the earthquake, or the fire, but in a gentle whisper. “The Voice that Does Not Need to Shout” reminds us that God’s power is not measured by noise or spectacle. His Word carries its own authority, and His quiet voice is sufficient to strengthen weary servants, correct our perspective, and send us forward again in faithful obedience.

Matthew 24:9-14 | Held to the End

Jesus warned His disciples that following Him would not exempt them from suffering. They would face persecution, hatred, betrayal, deception, and increasing lawlessness. Yet in the midst of those sobering realities, Christ gave His people a promise: “The one who endures to the end will be saved.” In Matthew 24:9–14, Jesus describes the opposition His followers will face while also pointing to the preserving grace of God that enables His people to remain faithful. Genuine faith does not rest on favorable circumstances but continues clinging to Christ even when the cost of discipleship grows. In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Christ’s warning about persecution and apostasy, the danger of false prophets and growing lawlessness, the necessity of perseverance, and the worldwide proclamation of the gospel before the end comes. The Christian life is not a promise that hardship will never come. It is a promise that those who truly belong to Christ will be held to the end.

Matthew 24:3-8 | The Beginning of Birth Pains

As Jesus leaves the temple and sits with His disciples on the Mount of Olives, they ask Him about the destruction He has just predicted, His coming, and the end of the age. His answer begins with a warning: “See that no one leads you astray.” In Matthew 24:3–8, Jesus describes false messiahs, wars and rumors of wars, famines, and earthquakes. Yet rather than telling His disciples to panic at every crisis, He tells them not to be alarmed. These things must take place, but “the end is not yet.” They are only the beginning of birth pains. In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Jesus’ opening words in the Olivet Discourse and considers how we should understand the events leading up to Christ’s return. Jesus does not give these signs so that His people will speculate about every headline, but so that they will remain discerning, steadfast, and confident in the sovereign purposes of God.
