Kat and Aud Pod

Katherine and Audra are real women sharing their real experiences about the ups and downs of navigating this crazy life - Their vulnerability is so refreshing and inspiring! Not to mention they are hysterically funny together! I think I’ve LOL’ed and cried at some point listening to every episode, and I’m always prompted to reflect on my own life. I highly recommend, especially for anyone in their twenties or thirties!

I’m not a big podcast person. I’ve listened to a few on and off, but it’s not part of my daily routine in general. However, the podcasts which I’ve most reliably enjoyed are those wherein people share their stories and talk frankly about why they are whom they are. Podcasts like The Moth have been a great source of enjoyment for me over the years, as one example. The Kat and Aud Pod is another such podcast for me, where Katherine and Audra take turns peeling back the layers of each other’s experiences and tell their own stories. Their discussions are always refreshingly candid and real, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of getting to know their stories through their words.
