Swords and Monsters - DnD Comedy Podcast

There are plenty of great DnD podcasts. What makes Swords and Monsters different is the incredible quality of the story and the role play while also being incredibly funny. They do a fantastic job and I love every episode.

This podcast has it all: humor, really good story, and character arcs. I loved Motomoto and Gary's character progression. Motomoto going from selfish to selfless, and Gary going from straightforward and honest to more brutal. However, I do wish that David was less resistant to change. There were times in the story I felt david could've been very impacted by the people who were close to him because of his backstory. It was the biggest miss in this podcast that David stayed the same all the way through beginning to end. And unfortunately Rory is playing another heartless, unchangeable character in Sands of Deception. I wish he could let his characters grow.

I've been listening to Swords and Monsters since it's very first episode. Aside from just how demented and funny the group is as players and dungeon masters, the main plot has turned into a really compelling story, aside from whatever David Lightman is doing. Stay golden David. If you want a hardcore D&D podcast, this may not be for you, but if you like a good romp and some humor with your might and magic, give this podcast a try. Can't thank the crew enough for all the content and laughs.

This podcast cured my Parkinson’s. Now the only thing that makes me shake is the thought of Gary’s glistening alabaster thighs wrapped around my neck. Five stars!
