For those of you who know us (or watched our Facebook Live Friday 10am) you all know we hosted twice this past weekend - and this includes keeping ALL the boys in check - while they are so excited to raring  party! Yes! Exciting? Definately  - at one point we had a 2 year old and a 91 year old enjoying the holiday cheer! Episode 5 - What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Who struggles with motivation?  We do!! So let's talk about it; where and why we struggle and where we find our motivation to do ALL the things! What makes us do things - internal motivation is the act of doing something for the sole purpose of doing that thing - and finding happiness or joy in it. This is in contrast to external motivation - doing things for the external reward.   Why does it matter? Because you can change -join us in episode 5 of our weekly podcast - come and laugh, learn, and love with us as we Keep on Growing!
