    Episode 13: Energetic Environment

    RayMike is back bringing it with his mental health expertise and a hella great drink! Get a hold of some grapefruit vodka, club soda or you can get away with mineral water, and lime juice! Sip, Chug, or ya know drink like a normal person along with us while we discuss something we so often forget about; our energetic environment. It took a conversation with a close friend for me to remember how easily our emotional state is impacted by who is around us. So take a deep breath, recognize when the energy is theirs and not yours then set boundaries! The state of the world has us more emotional than usual lately especially with school starting so taking care of our mental health is key. Step back into yourself and realize when it's just your environment that has you out of wack.     Episode 8: Sex, Stars, and Stuff

    I gave up control with this one boozers, well as much as I could. In honor of creating the name for the show RayMike has not only selected the drink for the week but also the topic. On a lighter note this week RayMike decided to give you all a deeper insight into my personality and he sure did try and come for me on this one. He read my birth chart and tried to explain a few sections of the chart. It was crazy accurate! We sip this week a Paloma which was honestly really really good…maybe a little too good…you’ll see as we start discussing our sexual preferences. We also touch on safety in the bedroom and things to be conscious of.
