Episode 3: An Undisciplined Mind

My Id gets what she wants. I'm very tuned into my needs and have formed many automatic behaviours to take care of these needs. And these types of behaviours are the quickest way I know how to numb out and not experience my negative emotions; it is an avoidance of suffering, tricking my mind into thinking I am doing a good job of meeting my needs. But it's a a band-aid solution. It stops the bleed temporarily. What I know I need is to discover why I am bleeding in the first place.
