Pancham asks the right questions and I'm amazed at the quality of talent he has on his podcasts. Having met Pancham a few times at events, he's very sharp and knows his real estate investing and everything realted to it. He has a passion for real estate investing and education which is why his podcasts has such great content. Thank you Pancahm and keep moving forward my friend.
