    The 6 filters for TRUSTING YOUR GUT

    In this episode I break down the the filter I use to "trust my gut". It's basically the last piece of advice we get from anyone while we're in the middle of making a decision. So i give the practical steps that I use that help me know how to trust my gut.    Also I gave out some really cool news. I am launching The Meantime Company which is all about helping people, especially young men, find clarity and health in the three major pillars of life: MIND | MONEY | MOVEMENT.   I also shared that I am launching the MEANTIME MONEY COACHING program from there as well. The focus is on helping young men in their 20's and 30's gain control of there finances and build a financial future that they're excited about. The three month package include 3 1-hour sessions and it starts at $200 a session. However, because you all are the first to hear about it I am offering it for $100 a session to anyone who fills out the assessment and notes they heard it through the podcast.
