Very Enjoyable and Inspirational
I really enjoy the series. This series has taught me a lot about traditional Chinese medicine. I came to this podcast knowing very little about TCM, and through the many episodes I have a pretty decent beginners understanding of TCM. I highly recommend this podcast.
So enlightening
I am a westerner and laugh when l hear myself described, got to be busy, feel l have to achieve, never calm down, breathe and go with the flow. I am so thankful for this podcast. It’s too late for me to change what’s gone but l can change what’s ahead. This is the best education anyone could ever want. Thank you to wonderful Dr and useful chap commenting and questioning.
