    HOW TO FACE YOUR FEARS

On today’s episode I share some tips on facing your fears...(with Christ of course) I believe that, if you can practice these five(5) lessons, you’ll do even better than you imagine. 1)Be self Aware: ask yourself questions - “ what am I afraid of?” “Why am I afraid” 2)Pray: “Cast all your cares upon the lord, for he cares for you” 1peter 5:7 3)Relax and breath... Trust God 4) Draw up an Action Plan (involve the Holy spirit) 5)Stop Sabotaging Yourself... commend yourself and think of the positive impact what you’re afraid of can do in your life. I hope you have been blessed by today’s podcast! I look forward to seeing you in my next one. Remember to send in your comments and contributions to tsapodcast@gmail.com
