Becoming Bulletproof

According to the CDC, suicide is the second leading cause of death between the ages of 10-14 in the U.S. Suicide prevention hotlines are available, yet from 2001-2017 suicide increased by 31%. Although suicide hotlines and other modalities like it, provide a needed benefit…they are a last-ditch intervention that help kids only when they are in extreme crisis. Interruption Instead of Intervention - Proactively educating all teens on increasing self-awareness, and Emotional Intelligence through proven systems/tools, practiced daily is imperative for mental resilience to thrive in today's world.
