The What the F…45! podcast was rooted in fitness, strength, and our life owning F45 Hamilton Downtown. As our family, values, and health journey have grown, so has the podcast.  Liv Aligned is a natural next chapter for me (Amanda).  It is still grounded in nutrition and wellness, but with more space for real life, family, and holistic living! I specialize in everything from show-ready bodybuilding prep (I've competed too and won Novice Bikini in 2019) to integrative health, where I work with functional medicine labs like HTMA ( heavy metals), OAT (organic acids), hormone panels, omega fatty acids, and food sensitivity testing. Movement is a huge part of my life, and I’m certified in Yoga, Acro Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, so I take a full-body, whole-life approach to health. When I’m not coaching or with my family, you’ll usually find me cooking from scratch, baking sourdough, or making chocolate chip cookies. I truly believe food is medicine, and that slowing down to cook and eat real food together is one of the best ways to connect and feel our best.

    Our Journey with "Conscious Couples Therapy"

    In this episode, we’re diving into our journey with different styles of therapy — from individual work to sessions we’ve done together and how each has shaped our relationship in unexpectedly positive, more accepting ways. We’re definitely not claiming perfection (in fact, we had a small tiff the day before recording this). That little friction actually became the inspiration for this conversation. It gave us the opportunity to sit down, revisit it openly, and talk things through without emotional charge just curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to understand each other better.
