It Is What It Is: A True Crime Podcast

This is the story of my cousin. I was with her camping the weekend before she was murdered. Thanks for spreading the word on her story. Maybe less swearing tho.

I’m listening to the story of Greg Kelly because I was interested in what this was about as I had seen something on Instagram. I stumbled across this podcast and the podcast are is very undereducated about the topic and keeps getting things wrong in backtracking and also sounds half asleep. I guess anyone can have a podcast these days.

The language 😩No reason to drop F-bombs EVERY OTHER WORD. Clean it up, girls. You’re impressing no one!

The reviews on here are completely backwards. You absolute SCAMPS are telling me that you’ve got zero qualms listening to a podcast that details true crime (you know… murder, child abuse, abductions, and all sorts of violence/depravity) but it’s the hosts LANGUAGE that’s just too much for you? That’s what puts you over the edge? FOH. 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ Okay, time for an HONEST review. The host is REAL, she states her opinion in a way that is completely unfiltered and unapologetic. She gets into the nitty gritty of case details, victim and perpetrator history as well different conspiracy theories around certain cases. Personally, I find her voice soothing. It’s deep and husky with a really nice tone. She is also an advocate for child abuse victims, the sweet voiceless babies who are often NOT protected by the justice system. As a mom of 3, her “Save the children” episode had me in tears. It was SO difficult to listen to, but it’s extremely important that the information is out in the open and I’m so thankful for her heart and passion towards exposing a corrupt system that allows sick men to prey on our precious babies. All in all, this is not a podcast for people who want a reason to be offended. I’m sure you’ll find it. But if you want to hear about the most infamous cases told by an excellent storyteller, this is the pod for you!
