    Each segment is related to the title name bandwagon, this episode has a follow up with on and off the bandwagon with the shake up from the top 25 NCAA mens basketball.   The ass, the workhorse, and the oxen is the explained the ass of the week, the workhorse is the consistent and unsung hero for their ball club, and the oxen is the stud. the 5th wheel and the spur, the spur is the long shot of the week while the 5th wheel is the downfall of the week wonder which team we picked for this weeks 5th wheel? The destination is the host explaining what he would like to see happen with an athlete or a team
