    How Raya CX Is Building Its European BPO and Customer Experience Business

    Hi! Hello! In this episode of Good Morning BSS World, I take you to Egypt and Poland to talk about the development of Raya CX with Sherif Kamel, General Manager & Proxy to the Board at Raya CX Europe. We discuss the story behind Raya CX, its roots in Raya Holding, and the company’s evolution from an internal call center into an international BPO and customer experience organization with around 10,000 employees, 15 sites and operations across eight countries. A major part of our conversation focuses on Poland. Raya entered the Polish market in 2014 and launched operations in 2016. Today, Poland plays an important role in the company’s European strategy, particularly when it comes to advanced technical capabilities, IT outsourcing, technical support and multilingual operations. Sherif explains how Raya combines different delivery locations, including Poland and Egypt, to support customers across Europe, the United States and the Nordic countries. We also explore Raya CX’s portfolio, covering hosting, ITO, HR and finance outsourcing, consulting, offshoring, nearshoring and local outsourcing. We talk about multilingual customer support, the importance of combining local talent with international language capabilities, and why Poland can offer strong value for money when advanced skills are required. Looking ahead, Sherif shares Raya CX’s plans for further expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, including potential partnerships or acquisitions.     Leading Multicultural Teams: Global Leadership Lessons from Peter Ochman

    Welcome back to Good Morning BSS World podcast! What does it take to lead large, international and multicultural organizations effectively?
