We sat in studio today with our friend Muna. A current student in her Master's program at one of South Korea's most prestigious universities. As Muna is entering her final semester of her graduate studies, she is currently in the process of completing her Thesis; which deals with Sexual Abuse of International/Exchange Women in University. She shared the reasoning behind why she selected this topic. As well as why it is so important for her to conduct her studies and research regarding this type of sexual abuse. We also shared our own personal stories of sexual abuse/misconduct and why Muna's study means so much to us. As always we ended our episode with a game of 'What Would You Do?' This episode may be tough for some, but we felt this was important to share this with our viewers and to be as open and honest as possible, while still respecting the stories of others. On this episode, we had a chat with our non-binary friend, Bomi, This episode was so informative and we're truly grateful that Bomi joined us in studio to share they're stories. Bomi graciously shared they're stories with us and how they navigate through life being a non-binary human bean. They dug deep and shared some really sensitive info about living a non-binary existence from family, friends, lovers, and how they are dealing with their dysmorphia and depression every day.     We En the Sauce ft Asha and Jameelah | Episode 25

    We were definitely on the sauce with this one. This episode was hella saucy (no pun intended). Your fave duo spilt some soju with En the sauce - a group of young, black creators in Korea. We had the pleasure of being joined in studio by two of the members, Asha and Jameelah, and man did we have some good laughs! These ladies are hilarious, and their YouTube channel is bound to crack you up! This was a really energetic episode with lots of shade and straight up honesty all around. It was a pleasure to finally sit down with these beautiful ladies. It felt like a catchup sesh with a couple of old friends, and it was a lot of fun. DJ, club owner, rapper, entrepreneur basically a man that wears many hats.  We sat  down with Pinnacle, to get to know more about his life prior to South Korea and how he got into rapping, DJing and how he became a club owner in South Korea. He tells us about his homelessness when he first moved to Korea and some other struggles he's faced. We touch on how it is being a black business owner in an Asian country.     On this here episode, Soju Black fam, we had the pleasure of catching up with an old friend (an actual day 1), Arthur Hauser - whom, by the way, sculpted a mini soju bottle for us as a gift AND brought bottles of soju to the party too (our kind of house guest). We met Arthur during our first week in Korea and we are proud to witness his growth and the mark he's making as a creative in these streets. So on this episode, we talk about Hauser's life as a professional photographer in Korea. Mans is hungry for that creative energy and he is out there chasing it, all while working a full-time job as a young branch manager at his company. We touch on the things he looks for when creating his art, what makes him tick and what inspires him, the s****y models he's had to work with and the inspired.
