    We travel all the way to 1980 and Antonio Bay to get lost in . . . The Fog! A good time was had by all and Mary's cocktail was delightful. "Mr. Machen's Grog" Dark Rum 5 oz. Ginger Beer 2 tsp. lime juice 2 tsp. blood orange juice Combine ginger beer and juices in highball glass with ice. Pour rum over a spoon to float on top of ginger beer Garnish with wheel of blood orange. Enjoy!

Dave is a self-professed snob, so . . .  "The Flight 180" cocktail 1 1/2 oz. white rum 1 oz. apple cider  1 oz. sour apple schnapps 1/2 oz. lemon juice  1 apple slice, for garnish    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake over ice until very cold. Baileys Irish Cream 1 oz. Vodka .5 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps .5 oz. Kahlua Coffee  Liqueur  2 tsp. powdered chocolate or regular Graham cracker maraschino cherries for garnish Combine liquor in Old Fashioned glass with ice, stir Sprinkle powdered graham cracker over drink Garnish with cherry Manon’s Restorative cocktail 1.5 oz. White Rum 1 oz.
