    Love's Guidance | August 3, 2026 | Wisdom Dialogues @ Kehena Beach

Send us Fan Mail Guidance is supposed to make life simpler, so why does it so often feel like pressure to choose the perfect words and make the perfect move? I sit with a surprising realisation: the Holy Spirit doesn’t “do words” the way we think it does. The deeper guidance is wordless love, and the practical questions we ask are just a doorway back into trust, relaxation, and a calmer mind. We talk A Course in Miracles, the ego’s need to control, and why the real answer under every question is always the same: you are created by love. Then we take a sharp turn into artificial intelligence and spiritual practice. Some people treat AI like salvation, others treat it like the devil, and both reactions reveal the same thing: projection. I share how I use AI for transcripts, summaries, writing support, and even art, while staying clear that no tool can manufacture peace. AI is neutral; the mind supplies the meaning. From there we widen the lens to fascination, fear, the body, and the belief that something outside you can harm you. We also go into the stories that hook us hardest: illness, stress, addictive habits, political drama, and the feeling of being trapped in a relationship for money or security. I unpack how forgiveness and full responsibility are not self-blame, but a direct path to freedom, including how seeing someone’s innocence can dissolve the “captor” dynamic. If you want spiritual guidance that leads to real peace instead of more rules, this one will land. Let the Dream be Changeful | July 27, 2026 | Wisdom Dialogues @ Kehena Beach

Send us Fan Mail Joy is not a reward for getting life “right” and it is the measurement. From Kehenna Beach Estates on the Big Island of Hawaii, I walk through a simple but demanding question: am I listening to the voice that frees me, or the voice that shames me? When you start using felt freedom as your compass, the obsession with perfect choices softens, and even messy human moments become workable material for forgiveness and peace.  We talk candidly about cravings, preferences, and the habits people label as “bad.” I share why guilt and self-concept protection keep compulsions stuck, and how full presence and honest enjoyment can create balance naturally. We also go deep on aging beliefs and body deterioration, challenging the assumption that decline is inevitable while still refusing spiritual bypassing. The world is a dream, yes, but it is a changeful dream, and “there must be another way” is a powerful doorway for healing.  The conversation turns toward compassion and emotional suffering, including a practical distinction between pain and suffering and why phrases like “that made me sad” deserve gentleness and inquiry. I also share real stories of diagnoses, relief, and my enthusiasm for tools like block therapy when they arise in joy rather than fear. To close, I invite you to join tomorrow’s A Course in Miracles lesson and I share an update on a free Hope Johnson GPT I’m building so you can get instant answers in this teaching. Possession Fallacy | July 20, 2026 | Wisdom Dialogues @ Kehena Beach

Send us Fan Mail The scariest kind of “possession” is the one that feels true. A spirit in your room, a craving you can’t stop, a partner who seems to control your mood, a memory that still runs your life. We start by challenging the assumption underneath all of it: the idea that anything outside your mind can own you, enter you, or determine your inner state. Using A Course in Miracles language, we unpack the possession fallacy and land on a simpler definition that changes everything. Possession is identification. What you accept as yourself becomes your experience, even when it is not the truth of you.  From there, we bring the same lens to special relationships and the push pull of intimacy. If you fear losing freedom in love, or you try to possess attention, affection, loyalty, or safety, you will recognize the ego’s version of “having” and “being had.” We slow down the moment hatred appears in relationship conflict and show how projection works in real time: self hate gets pushed outward, then the story becomes “I hate him” or “I’m trapped,” and guilt starts to run the whole scene. The correction is not willpower or spiritual performance. It is the willingness to see a thought as a thought, withdraw identification, and let gratitude return as a natural extension of love.  We also talk about attraction, sexuality, celibacy, and the pressure to make relationship outcomes prove your worth. Wanting what you want is not the problem. Assigning it the power to complete you is. Along the way we question the habit of chasing healing through the past, and we explore how trauma patterns can be recognized and undone now without turning your life into an endless excavation project. If you’ve ever wondered whether you “quit the lesson,” whether honesty is an attack, or whether you are running out of time, this one offers a steadier way to see.  If this resonates, subscribe, share the episode with a friend who feels trapped by a thought, and leave a review so more people can find the path back to peace. Boundaries, Intimacy & Oneness | July 13, 2026 | Wisdom Dialogues @ Kehena Beach

Send us Fan Mail “If all is one, why would you need boundaries?” That question sounds holy until you test it against real life: your body gets tired, your time runs out, your nervous system flares, and someone’s “need” starts to feel like pressure. From Hawai‘i, we talk through the difference between love and access, and why A Course in Miracles doesn’t ask us to use metaphysical ideas to override present, practical guidance. For us, that’s the heart of it: love stays universal, but availability is specific, and discernment can be deeply kind. We share how the ego hijacks spirituality with concepts like “no boundaries,” turning them into self-sacrifice, superiority, or compulsive people pleasing. We unpack manipulation and guilt without making anyone wrong, and we use examples like Edgar Cayce’s depletion to show why “giving” without guidance can quietly become attack on the self. We also look at a clean inner test: does your choice come with gratitude and peace, or does it come with resentment, obligation, fear, and bargaining? Then the conversation shifts into relationships and intimacy with a real dilemma: a close friendship becomes “couplehood,” but attraction is missing, old trauma gets activated, and honesty is delayed to avoid hurting someone. We break down why “I don’t want to hurt them” can mask control, why attraction can’t be manufactured, and how to speak truth without blaming bodies, diagnosing the other person, or trying to manage their reaction. The goal isn’t a perfect script, it’s integrity, consent, and communication that lets the form change without panic. If you’ve ever confused forgiveness with tolerating what isn’t aligned, or confused spirituality with being endlessly available, this will reset your compass. Concern Makes Peace Conditional | June 6, 2026 | Wisdom Dialogues

Send us Fan Mail Concern is one of the most socially approved forms of anxiety, and that’s exactly why it can be so hard to see. We talk about the moment “I’m just worried about you” stops being love and starts becoming pressure, projection, and control. When concern turns into rumination, diagnosing, or mentally rehearsing what someone should do, it doesn’t deepen connection. It quietly wedges the ego into the relationship and steals the ease that makes love feel safe.  We also get concrete about how this shows up in real life: snapping a correction that carries irritation, spiralling about money and logistics, judging health choices, or building rigid protocols that create inner battles. Using an A Course in Miracles frame, we explore a simple practice: treat any upset or disturbance as a signal that the mind needs correction, not proof that the world is dangerous. That shift is not bypassing feelings. It is learning what feelings are actually for.  From there we zoom out to bigger fear narratives including politics, rent, media programming, and the urge to “save the world.” The invitation is direct: you are sustained by the love of God, not by circumstances, and nothing outside you has power unless you give it power. We end with a way to live this without perfectionism by choosing “happy games” over fixing and letting everything you perceive become useful for returning to peace. If this helped you, subscribe, share it with a friend who over-cares, and leave a review with the biggest place you’re ready to drop concern. Interdependence | July 3, 2026 | Hawaiian Sanctuary

Send us Fan Mail Independence sounds noble until you notice what it quietly implies: separation, competition, and a world full of threats. Hope Johnson takes that assumption head-on, using Independence Day as a doorway into a deeper spiritual idea of interdependence rooted in nonduality and the “one mind” view. If you’ve ever felt like other people, your body, or your circumstances are the reason you can’t relax, this conversation offers a radically different map: peace is not something you earn later, it’s something you uncover by changing how you perceive right now. We explore a simple diagnostic that cuts through spiritual jargon: any feeling less than gratitude points to a belief worth questioning. From everyday irritation to full-blown anger, the talk reframes upset as a signal that we’ve accepted the separation story again and started projecting threat outward. Hope walks through a grounded example of being “ripped off” when a newly purchased car breaks down, showing how blame loops form, how fear forecasts a broken future, and how a small amount of willingness can interrupt the pattern without sliding into guilt or denial. From there, we connect interdependence to manifestation and “creating your life,” but not in the usual hustle-forward way. When we chase a future outcome to fix a present sense of lack, we reinforce the very discomfort we’re trying to escape. The alternative is choosing between love and fear in the mind, returning to the present moment, and learning to look for innocence in every person and every circumstance, even when you still take practical action in the world. If this hits home, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s stuck in a blame loop, and leave a review so more listeners can find the show. What belief are you ready to question today? Stop Trying to Change Anyone | Wisdom Dialogues at Kehena Beach, HI | June 29, 2026

Send us Fan Mail The moment someone comes at you with blame, jealousy, or anger, your body wants to brace and your mind wants to build a case. We go straight into what happens when you do the opposite: stay open, drop the defense, and let compassion do the work. Laurie T. joins me to share what unfolded in her long-term marriage when her husband “lit out” at her and she simply held space, listened, and refused to fight for her innocence. From there, we tackle one of the stickiest traps on a spiritual path: trying to use your awakening to get specific people to wake up. We talk about projection, approval-seeking, and why measuring progress by someone else’s behavior keeps you out of peace. I unpack empathy versus compassion, why worry is just fear in disguise, and how forgiveness in A Course in Miracles points to one consistent practice: give everyone their innocence back, including yourself. We also get into spiritual bypassing, group identity, and why “encouraging people to do better” can hide a judgment that blocks real connection. If you’re navigating relationship conflict, family estrangement, addiction in the family, or you just want a grounded way to live ACIM teachings, this conversation offers a clear next step you can apply today. Body is not Your Report Card | Wisdom Dialogues @ Kehena Beach, HI | June 22, 2026

Send us Fan Mail Your body is not a problem to manage, and your mind is not here to run the show. We take on one of the most persistent spiritual myths: that if you just think “right” you can control habits, health, and outcomes. From an A Course in Miracles perspective, we explore why that control project quietly reinforces guilt and fear, and why the mind’s real purpose is healing that restores joy now. We get practical and personal about habits, cravings, and self-judgment, including what happens when you stop treating the body like a spiritual report card. We talk about the “framework” of the world where cause and effect seems to operate, why denying those effects creates more conflict, and how discipline can become a subtle form of punishment. The shift is simple but radical: joy is the measure of awakening, not a perfect routine, a perfect diet, or a perfect-looking body. Then we open up into bigger questions about reincarnation, stories, and the fear of the void, plus everyday issues like money anxiety, scarcity mindset, and discernment around spiritual teachers who sell worldly success as enlightenment. The through-line stays the same: peace comes first, and when we choose love over fear, form can change without becoming our focus. If this resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend who is hard on themselves, and leave a review. What is one place in your life where you are ready to choose peace over control?
