This officer believed that the intercepted radio message about "4 captured air pirates" was evidence that Joe and the other three missing crewmembers were captured, and opposed the USAF official change of status from MIA to KIA-BNR.

I love the historical accounts embedded in each story but most of all, this podcast brings stories of the many lost Americans who fought in WWII and their families and friends who remember them. I also appreciate the positive light shed on the friendship between the Filipinos and American who fough together.
