    Ep 124 - 5 Super Stretchy Future-self Aligned Decisions I’ve Made in 6 Months

This week’s episode feels really personal. I’m sharing five of the biggest, most expansive decisions I’ve made over the past six months and how I’ve been using my future self and my 10x vision to guide them. Because something I’ve realised is that growth often doesn’t happen through huge dramatic moments. Sometimes it’s choosing the thing that feels stretchy, uncomfortable, and deeply aligned… even when fear is sitting right beside you. In this episode, I share: ✨ What my “future self” actually meansHow I use my highest self as an anchor when I feel overwhelmed, reactive, or uncertain. ✨ The decision to have a third babyThe fears, the doubts, the two miscarriages, and learning to uncover what I truly wanted beneath all the noise. ✨ Why surrounding yourself with expanders mattersHow borrowing belief from people living your vision can completely shift what feels possible. ✨ Choosing growth over comfortFrom investing in a meditation retreat in Mexico to making decisions that felt bigger than my current reality. ✨ The difference between fear and alignmentWhy I’ve learned not to make big decisions from my 2am fear brain. This episode is for you if you feel like you're standing at the edge of something bigger... but fear keeps trying to pull you back into what's familiar. And if something lands, DM me "FUTURE SELF" — I’d love to hear what vision you're stepping into 💛 Connect with Me Instagram: @emma_lou_campbellLinkedIn: Emma CampbellWebsite: www.emmacampbell.com.au

    Ep 122 - 10x Is Easier Than 2x (Lesson 1)

This episode is one that genuinely shifted how I see business, growth, and what’s actually possible. After reading 10x Is Easier Than 2x, I felt like something unlocked in me, a bigger vision, a deeper clarity, and a completely different way of thinking about how we grow. In this episode, I break down what 10x thinking actually means, and why most of us are unknowingly operating from a 2x mindset. We explore: ✨ The difference between 2x and 10x thinking Why most business growth is linear, and why that’s what keeps us stuck. ✨ Why 10x isn’t about doing more It’s about removing everything that isn’t essential and focusing only on what truly moves the needle. ✨ How a bigger vision changes your decisions Why thinking bigger actually simplifies your strategy. ✨ The internal shift that creates external results How your identity and vision shape everything in your business. ✨ Letting go of what no longer fits Why 10x requires you to release old ways of working, thinking, and operating. ✨ The 5 key components of a 10x strategy From expanding your vision to simplifying your focus and empowering others. This episode is for you if you’ve been feeling stuck in “doing more”… and you’re ready to think, lead, and build at a completely different level. If this lands, DM me “EXPANSION” — I’d love to hear what’s opening up for you 💛 Connect with Me Instagram: @emma_lou_campbell LinkedIn: Emma Campbell Website: www.emmacampbell.com.au

Ep 121 - The Messy Middle - Letting Old Versions of You Go

This episode is a little deeper… a little more personal… and very close to my heart. It’s about identity. The in-between. The messy middle of becoming. Over the past year, I’ve moved through a season of significant change — both in my business and within myself. A shedding of old identities, old ways of working, and even old definitions of success. In this episode, I share what that’s really looked like, and what I’ve learned through it. We explore: ✨ The “messy middle” of identity change That uncomfortable space between who you were and who you’re becoming and why it can feel so disorienting. ✨ Letting go of old versions of you The identities, masks, and ways of being that once kept you safe… but no longer feel aligned. ✨ When success becomes something you need to detach from Outgrowing the external picture of success you once worked so hard to build. ✨ The reality of business transitions Client changes, shifting offers, evolving models, and how these moments can feel like loss, even when they’re aligned. ✨ Trusting what’s falling away Why the changes you resist most are often the ones creating space for something deeper and more true. ✨ Coming back to your inner knowing Learning to reconnect with that grounded, quiet, internal truth especially when everything externally feels uncertain. This episode is for you if you’re in a season of change… If things are shifting, falling away, or no longer fitting… Or if you feel like you’re becoming someone new, but don’t quite recognise her yet. If this resonates, DM me on Instagram. I’d love to hear what part of your journey you’re in. Instagram: @emma_lou_campbell LinkedIn: Emma Campbell Website: www.emmacampbell.com.au

Ep 120 - Meet My Yoga Teacher: Spiritual Perfectionism, Burnout & Embodied Healing with Ava Irani

This episode is a very special one for me. Ava Irani is my yoga teacher, retreat guide, and someone who has deeply shaped the way I relate to my body, my nervous system, and my inner world. We met on silent retreat, and since then I’ve completed my yoga teacher training and therapeutic embodiment training with her. This conversation is less of an interview and more of a shared exploration. In this episode, we reflect on: The idea of spiritual perfectionism and the quiet pressure to “heal everything” through meditation alone Ava’s journey into yoga, silent retreat, and eventually teaching, and how burnout changed everything for her Why awakening tools and nervous system healing are not the same thing, and why both matter The trap of bypassing our humanity in the name of spirituality How burnout can become a turning point rather than a failure The power of dropping into the body before we lead, work, speak, or create Why safety, community, and embodiment are essential for healing and sustainable leadership How modern culture pulls us into constant survival mode and what it looks like to live more regeneratively This episode is for anyone who has ever felt like they’re “doing all the right things” spiritually, yet still feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from their body. It’s an invitation to soften. To come home. And to remember that healing doesn’t require perfection. If this conversation lands for you, feel free to DM me on Instagram. I’d love to hear what resonated. Ep 119 - Money Mindset, Worthiness, Resilience & Digital Marketing with Sarah Thomson

I am so excited to bring you this beautiful conversation with the incredible Sarah Thomson, founder of Online Social Butterfly, digital business coach, educator, and one of the most generous souls I’ve met in the online space. Sarah and I met at Fusion, and I was instantly drawn to her bright, grounded energy. She has this rare combination of brilliance, heart, humour, and depth that makes you feel instantly safe and inspired all at once. And the more I got to know her, the more I realised that this woman is truly walking her talk. In our conversation, Sarah opened up about the defining moments that shaped her into the leader she is today. From her mum’s courage leaving a difficult marriage to watching her rebuild a life rooted in strength, determination, and deep belief… it’s no surprise Sarah leads with so much heart for women building businesses on their own terms. We talked about so much in this episode: Childhood roots & generational strength The messy, real beginning of her business Money mindset, self-worth, and charging well Building a team with heart and clarity Digital evolution, AI, and adapting with courage The power of testing, refining, and letting things 'not work' Women empowering women in real, embodied ways Everything Sarah does is about lifting women up, not from ego or strategy, but from genuine belief. It’s contagious. If you’re a business owner navigating growth, leadership, money, team, digital evolution… or you just want to feel inspired again, send me a message and let's unpack it. ✨ Connect with Sarah Instagram: @onlinesocialbutterfly Website: onlinesocialbutterfly.com.au Podcast: The Social Circus ✨ Connect with Me Instagram: @emma_lou_campbell LinkedIn: Emma Campbell Website: www.emmacampbell.com.au DM me anytime — I love hearing what lands for you.

Ep 118 - Your Mission Is Your Movement

You know those moments in business where something inside you quietly whispers… “It’s time to come home again”? That’s what this episode is for me. Over the past few years, my work has evolved: the clients, the offers, the opportunities, the team work, the culture work… all of it. And while every part of that evolution has been beautiful, there was always this little tug inside me… a tiny feeling that something was slightly off-track. Not wrong, just… not the full truth. And recently, in the most unexpected way, I found myself drawn back into the work that started everything for me. The why behind my business. The soul of my mission. The spark that brought my work to life seven years ago. In this episode, I share the truth behind that reawakening and the purpose manifesto that poured out of me because of it. Inside, I walk you through: Why my business looked “successful” on the outside, but felt misaligned on the insideHow I unintentionally swapped my mission for the vessel (and why we ALL do this in business)What it feels like to lead from ego vs. leading from higher self — with very real examplesThe moment I remembered the deeper work I’m actually here to doThe purpose manifesto I wrote — and how to create your ownWhy mission clarity is the energetic anchor behind every decision you make as a founderThe difference between your team as the vessel vs. your mission as the destinationWhat’s happening to founders at Island A vs. Island B — and why so many never make it acrossWhy purpose isn’t just poetic — it is the most strategic, profitable, high-performance decision you can make This episode is big. It’s honest. It’s personal. And it’s the closest I’ve been to the soul of my work in years. If you’ve felt like you’ve drifted from your why… If your business feels good, but something feels a little “off”… If you’ve been craving clarity, grounding, direction and soul… You are going to feel so held inside this conversation. And if this lands deeply? I’ve opened just three Purpose Activation Sessions, a rare chance to sit with me 1:1 and create your Purpose Manifesto together. Ep 117 - The "Failure" That I Was Embarrassed to Talk About

This episode feels like such a full-circle moment for me, because I’m sharing a story I’ve carried quietly (and honestly, with a bit of shame) for years. For so long, I told myself it was a failure. Something to tuck away. Something I didn’t want anyone to know. But now… I see it differently. I see it as the moment my life cracked open. In this conversation, I take you back to a season where everything looked “successful” on the outside, but inside I felt deeply unfulfilled. Drained. Misaligned. And then, the opportunity that felt like a divine wink. A tap on the shoulder. The work I had been craving: purpose-led leadership and building meaningful cultures. But the startup I joined didn’t work. We couldn’t secure clients. The vision couldn’t sustain itself. And for a long time, I carried the belief that I had failed. What I now realise is that this “failure” was the seed of the business I lead today. The fire I feel for purpose, team culture, meaningful work... all of it was birthed there. Inside this episode, I share: The moment I realised I had built the exact business I thought was lost Why “failure” is usually a re-route, not an ending How purpose became my compass during one of the darkest seasons of my life The quiet but powerful moment that sparked my awakening What it means to take tiny, brave baby steps even when you feel scared, naïve, or not ready Why no one else gets to decide whether your dreams are allowed How to reclaim the fire inside you when someone else’s decision pulls the rug out from under you This story is honest. Personal. Vulnerable. And I hope, more than anything, it gives you permission to keep going even if the path twists in ways you never expected. 🎧 Tune in to hear the full story.
