    Fill Your Cup First

In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of nourishing yourself—mind, body, and soul—so you can show up more fully in your life and for the people you love.Learning about healing at the root lit Kelli up! It led her to showing up for herself and attending to her needs. She knew she was called to share this life-changing support with others. She had no idea that her support and expertise would change lives. And that helping others would change hers.  As women, it can be easy to give everything we have to our families, careers, responsibilities, and everyone around us while leaving ourselves with whatever is left over. But when we continually pour from an empty cup, we eventually have less of ourselves to give. We’ll talk about what it looks like to honor your own needs, keep the promises you make to yourself, and create space for inspiration, peace, and connection. We’ll also explore letting go of guilt and perfectionism and embracing the beautiful truth that every moment gives us another opportunity to choose again. You don’t have to get it perfect. You simply have to keep choosing yourself, one small step at a time. An when you do you will find you have capacity to show up for others. This life is about getting what you need and giving what others need.  When you nourish yourself first, you don’t have less to give—you have more of your true light to share with the world.Connect with Kelli Proctor on instagram @Mindfullyfit_trainer

    Root Healing Through Self Love

What if your body wasn’t betraying you… but trying to save you? In this deeply personal episode, I sit down with my dear friend, Christy Jex Gerlach to share her remarkable journey through a life-altering health crisis. From the outside, she appeared to have it all—a thriving career, a loving marriage, incredible children, and the dream home she had worked so hard to build. After years of pouring herself into her family, her career, and everyone around her, she believed she was living the life she had always wanted. Then her health began to unravel. What initially felt like her body failing her became an invitation to discover something much deeper: she had been abandoning herself on the deepest level for years. In this heartfelt conversation, we talk about how her health crisis became the catalyst for profound healing. She shares how she learned to love herself, set healthy boundaries, reconnect with her authentic self, and create a life rooted in peace, hope, calm, and personal power. If you’ve ever found yourself constantly caring for everyone else while quietly losing yourself, this conversation will remind you that healing isn’t just about restoring your health—it’s about coming home to yourself. Christy teaches a powerful principle- choosing to live with curiosity and compassion for yourself. A life-changing perspective that supports your truest and deepest needs.  🎧 Tune in for a story that will inspire you to listen to your body, honor your needs, and believe that it’s never too late to create a life rooted in your authentic self.Connect with Christy Instagram  https://www.instagram.com/radiantpeacecollective?utm_source=qr Facebook https://www.facebook.com/share/17fxb1zDRA/?mibextid=wwXIfr

    Healing Generational Trauma

In this episode, I sit down with Lisa Hartle — life coach, neurofeedback practitioner, and speaker specializing in trauma-informed healing and nervous system regulation. Together, we have an honest and empowering conversation about uncovering healing generational patterns, buried trauma, recognizing the pain that continues to show up in our lives, and learning how to truly attend to our own needs instead of constantly abandoning ourselves. We discuss the importance of boundaries, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and the courage it takes to finally show up for yourself in a deeper way. We also dive into the surprising gifts that can come during perimenopause — including getting a little more “sassy.” Lisa shares how this season of life can actually help women stop suppressing their needs, speak up for themselves, and develop the strength to create healthier relationships and stronger self-respect. This episode is full of wisdom, validation, healing, and encouragement for women navigating emotional healing, personal growth, relationship patterns, and the transitions of midlife. Your feelings are valid, even when your hormones are changing~ it’s an awakeningIn this powerful episode, I sit down with Sarah Fui, Licensed Trauma Therapist, and Intuitive Coach, to talk about estrogen—not just as a hormone, but as the nurturing, mothering force that guides so many of our early years. To finally focus on ourselves.Sarah shares what she’s seen as a therapist: so many women dismiss their emotions as “just hormones.” But what if those feelings are actually messengers?~ Hormonal changes don’t create problems—they reveal them. ~They uncover unmet needs and unresolved patterns. ~And they offer an opportunity to respond with compassion, curiosity, and truth. We also dive into Sarah’s personal story of breaking free from limiting beliefs—how she stopped avoiding fear and started facing it. What she found on the other side? Joy, fulfillment, and real confidence.Because confidence doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from action. If you’ve been feeling emotional, stuck, or unsure in this season of life… this conversation will meet you right where you are.Connect with Sarah @therenaissanceachiever www.sarahfui.comCynthia Sumner @thehealingfood www.cynthiasumner.net Listen now (link in bio) Start seeing your midlife as a powerful awakening—not something to fix, but something to honor.
