Yeah another podcast I’ve fallen in love with thanks to my amazing friend who recommended it to me. This is an amazing cast and amazing game play as well. Even though I’m on earlier episodes I cannot wait to get caught up!

I am usually not a story driven podcast listener. I am, in fact, guilty of indulging in a wee bit too much true crime. I will power through your occasional adventure zone arcs but beyond that I don't have an overarching interest in narrative driven RPG podcasts. That said, Green Mountain Mysteries has managed to hold my interest by incorporating a focus on stories that are more nuanced than just "good guys vs bad guys." Each NPC has depth exhibits character development. I am ESPECIALLY fond of Rowan although that may be a result of her incredible irritation with humanity as a whole. The sound design is excellent. The story leaves me guessing, and the theme song makes me feel like I've come home. I also appreciate the show's handling of trauma narratives, and that it seems natural that there are LGBTQ* and POC characters rather than phoned in. Now I just have to get my husband caught up so I can start binge listening again.

There’s a lot to appreciate here. The music, the voice acting, the commitment to real world material, but especially the compelling plots and emotional depth of the episodes. The places these characters take you will often give you pause for thought. Especially when leaning into the emotional toll of the arcane. Highly recommended.

There are so many actual play podcasts out there that it's easy to get lost in cross-talk. Not only does GMM rise avove the rest with fun storytelling, interesting roleplay, and excellent original music, but it uses an excellent gaming system that I've seen poorly executed before. I finally understand how fate works and how it can work well for collaborative storytelling. Keep it up!

When I first started listening to this podcast I was skeptical. No simple podcast could truly have the power to transform someone’s life. It just didn’t seem possible. However, I could not have been more wrong! I used to be vulnerable to death but NOW with a simple listen here and a little tuning in there, I can now dodge bullets and give the old “Liberace” to Death itself! Now I can eat tide pods like tic-tacs and challenge random muscle heads in affliction shirts to hopscotch battles to the death! I’ve been awake for 6 days straight and the voices are starting to agree with me about which sweaters I should knit for myself and which I should knit for my soon to be underlings! I suspect that, with continual listening and supporting of this show, I will become the overlord undying of this feeble realm! If you start now, you too may find a comfy position as maybe my warlord most high or even my first-lieutenant of overseas public relations. Remember: Every good dictator needs a great PR officer!

I absolutely love having a Dresden based podcast to listen to! I binged the whole current series in less than a week and I’m completely hooked! Can’t wait for more episodes. Definitely worth the listen!

Not only is this a great show set in a unique world, but the players are phenomenal and keep me stuck between laughing in delight and gasping in suspense. Add to that the soundscape and music and you've got yourself one heck of a podcast. Listen to them!

This podcast's story keeps me interested, their characters slay me with laughter, and they feel like they could be my friends. I listen in the car and at home whenver I can. Also the sound design and the music are spot on! Enjoyable all around. Well done!
