The Olympic Mental Health discussion and The Trialist

Its been a while but we are back and better. 50% better in fact, as we are joined by Andy, our good friend and potential trialist for the Links Effect.  In this episode, we stay loosely golf based (barely), but examine the reaction to the recent movement of top sports stars to consider their mental health, such as Simone Biles, Naomi Osaka and Ben Stokes. A complex issue, but one that certainly merits discussion and has undoubtedly furthered the awareness of mental health in sport.

    Lockdown 3.0 bumper episode part 1 - R&R
