    Why I stopped selling what business coaches told me to (and what I'm doing instead)

    A few years ago I was living what most business coaches would call the dream. A six figure year, six months in a campervan, barely working, all of it carried by one premium program I sold for $5,000. I don't sell that program anymore. And in this episode, I'm telling you why.     Why your freebie isn't bringing you students (and how I set up my new freebie funnel, step-by-step)

    I just got back from nearly three weeks in the Dolomites, travelling with my dog Luna in a campervan, and my freebie funnel kept running the entire time without me touching it. No big team, no weeks of preparation, just a handful of emails scheduled in advance and a system that was already built to work on its own. In this episode, I break down exactly how that funnel works. Why a freebie has to solve one specific problem and lead naturally into your paid offer, what I put on the thank you page the second someone signs up, why I stopped waiting weeks before making an offer, and the email sequence I built that gives people two honest chances to say yes instead of one. I also talk about why so many yoga teachers give up on their freebie or their funnel too early, and why in almost every case, it's not the funnel that's broken. It's a traffic problem.
