    E #135 Power Trip'n: Don't Be a Butthole!

    Have you ever caught yourself being an absolute butthole to somebody who loves you? 🤔  Did you ever feel deeply convicted right in the middle of it? What a blessing that can be! That's exactly what happen to Jay the day he and his wife set out to build the local stray cat (Fred) a house made of readily available scraps. The menial task began to dredge up emotions associated with previous difficult projects from the past.   Luckily, before Jay could ruin the day the Holy Sprit gave him a hard backhand right in his kitchen. Thankfully once the sabotage was surrendered the awareness allowed the inclination to be examined and discussed!     E #133 The Problem with Reluctance

    We had the pleasure of introducing to you 3 of our podcast students. Meet Becca, Nancy, and Nathan! Each Student has their pod-concept brewing in their creative minds and we are so thankful they have chose us to guide them on their PodJourney! This recording session was actually part of their 3rd lesson.  Clicking to participate in this class will prove to be a major step in the resilincy of their podcast. The dicsussion about why they choose us to lead them in their podcast journey also led to an interesting talk about dealing with reluctance.  As devlopers of this podcast course we were also reluctant to offer it to the public. But as a result of pushing through those doubtfull emotions we gained valuable insight about how to make this course more impactful for people desiring to learn how to prouduce a podcast. Sometimes you have to call out your own reluctance and embrace the fact that action gives you traction.     E #131 Miguel Negroni: A Mentor And So Much More!

    Mr. Negroni aint no phony!  He's earned his whiskers in the barber world for sure. He earned his notoriety through consistency despite circumstances.  It's a trait he makes sure he sows into the many young barbers and young men that he mentors. Miguel has the ability to be totally submitted and present to the young men he champions. He has a spirit that's  easy to talk to and he never seems to be in a hurry...He's not just present for a moment...he's here to stay.  There is no sense of desperation to complete the task of building relationships when he engages you. Because, he knows consistency and availability are the keys to solidifying the relationships young men deserve. Don't hesitate to sit in on this one. You're gonna love Miguel as much as we do.
