I’ve been listening to this podcast from the start and I am a little biased because I personally know Jeremy (haven’t had the pleasure to meet paddy yet) but it’s been really encouraging and a fun time. I am excited to see this podcast and this “off the leash movement” grow and I’m here for it. I’m in a place in my life where I need to make some choices on where to focus my time and energy and take some risks and I need lots of encouragement like this. And the decision I’m struggling with is mainly do I become a business owner? Do I take the risk while I’m young and have the energy to because I know I need to hustle if I’m going to have any success. These guys are great at encouraging you to be your best self to believe in your ability to problem solve and advance in life and they do it without being specific, they have the ability to give you the encouragement and excitement you need without talking to your specific struggle and that’s a valuable asset to have in your corner and that’s why I listen to this podcast but here’s where I get into why I think episode 5 is important. Hearing from people who have gone through the struggle I’m about to go through and have had success is so valuable to me right now and I know I’m not the only one that needs to hear about the struggles and the victory over those struggles that other people have gone through! So here’s my 2 cents for the creators of this podcast, be more open about the things you have struggled with and overcome, and PLEASE bring in more interviews like episode five but focus the interview question on the speed bumps or hurtles that they had to get through to reach success. You guys have been so encouraging to me so far and I’m going to be a long time listener but I found myself energized after listening to the interview episode. I think episodes like that can be more informative and helpful to people like me, people who are scared to take risk, but with Jeremy and Paddy’s encouragement and the encouragement of their guests and future guests. I’m ready to Take the risk and get OFF THE LEASH!
