    "Overcoming Addiction: Ruth Hovsepian's Journey to Redemption and Hope!"

    Are you suffering from an addiction? Do you know someone who is? In this episode Minister Paula talks with Ruth Hovsepian. Ruth is a speaker, author, and podcaster. She shares her addiction and sobriety journey as a speaker to help others facing addictions or strongholds. Ruth went through an acrimonious separation and divorce when her three children were young; the youngest was five months old. She raised them on her own while struggling to put food on the table. She decided to go back to school and got a job in IT. Her diligence caused her to make her way to the top, only to lose her job and her identity with it. During those 15 dark years, she lived a double life; she was a successful businesswoman and mom, but she was a “party girl.” Looking back at the party years sends shivers down her spine, because she lived a dangerous and life-threatening lifestyle. Ruth is now eight years sober. With sobriety came a new beginning and renewal in her walk with God. She published her first book in 2022. The title of her book is 100 Days of Prayer: A Journey into Deeper Intimacy with GOD. She has a new book which was released in June 2023.
