    Ep.17 Jealousy - Actually a Good Thing?

    Hello there!  Have you ever felt jealous toward someone or a situation?  I have many times.  Instead of letting that negative feeling put me in a bad mood or let that fester up more frustration I sat with it, and analyzed why I was having those feelings.  Sometimes it was just pure envy, and I needed to remove myself from that, but more often than not, I was feeling jealous because my heart was telling me I needed to pursue something that I wasn't.  Once I start taking consistent action towards things I once felt jealous about, I wasn't jealous anymore.  Hear more of my thoughts in the short podcast episode!
