Belvedere Bros is the thing I look forward to most on Fridays. I was aware of the show before the podcast but haven’t watched. I’m delightfully pleased each week as Chris and Bros recap and review each episode. Matt Kelly couldn’t be more wrong. 12 scotch eggs.

I have listened to One Hit Thunder every week for years. Chris and Matt do a great job of digging into artists with a single hit to their name and discussing how they got there and what became of them afterwards. But now OHT has unexpectedly been joined on Fridays in the feed by Belvedere Bros, an episode by episode breakdown of the 80’s sitcom. I didn’t expect to enjoy this show, as I’ve never watched Mr. Belvedere beyond a few reruns here and there. And truthfully, there’s almost no chance I start watching it now. But listening to Chris and a rotating cast of other “bros” break down each episode has become a charming way to spend 45-60 minutes at the end/beginning of the week! The episodes of the podcast are interesting and well-paced, and easy to follow even for folks like me who aren’t watching along.
