    The Power of releasing control

We often try to control things outside of ourselves only to create our own suffering, usually when we are trying to control others that is a indication that we feel out of control within. Once we become aware that we can never control anyone or anything the only control we have is how we choose to react or respond to life's unfolding, we then can start to surrender and flow with life. The more we release control the more we connect with the inner source that lives within us and from that place we become one and can learn to appreciate others having their own unique experience, tune in to this episode of The Power of releasing control as I support you with how to do exactly that.

    Emotions rule the Universe

We live in a vibrational Universe, everything is energy everything. When we become aware that how we have this human experience is through the visual of our mind but its the emotion the feeling we are all in desire to have. We were taught to not express ourselves or feel our emotions, so we suppress and repress our feelings unaware that emotions is energy that is in motion. We hold on to emotions from our past, whether it it sadness, anger, hurt, lack limitation, we hold onto these feelings and unconsciously attract more of those feelings into our lives. Once we learn how to honor our emotions and feel them to use them as our super power to become a vibrational match to things we desire to have in life, we then start to focus on how we feel and connect with our inner guide. Tune in and I will unpack how to identify and release to connect with your powers.

    The Root

There is always a root to every problem, hardship, or situations we face in life. Often we think people, things, or circumstances are the cause to those things, whether it is lack of money, love, opportunities, happiness, joy, and peace. We tend to blame others for us not having what we want in our lives. Once we come to realize that they are just the tip of the iceberg, there is unhealed trauma, unreleased emotions, and unlearning things we were taught about how life should be. Going to the dark places that we have numbed and tried to forget but they always come back and keep us stagnant and stuck, repeating the same things getting the same results feeling helpless and hopeless. Thinking things outside of ourselves are going to save us, only to discover that only we can save ourselves. We have to get to the root of what is keeping us on the hamster wheel, and release it to release the weight that has kept us from being free and flying high in life. The power has always been and will always be inside of you, not in a person, thing, or situation. It is within you, cut the rope and create a life that you love.
