AI Employees Are Now Running The Jump Off | Just Go #116

AI employees are running The Jump Off. Not as a pitch deck. In this episode of the Just Go Podcast, Nick Glassett and Alvin Bearden walk through what that looks like inside a real bounce house and inflatable rental company in Covington, Louisiana. Nick told an AI agent to sell an old inflatable that was taking up warehouse space. The agent listed it on Facebook Marketplace, answered the buyer, set the meetup, and the customer showed up with cash. Nick was in a meeting and never opened Facebook. If you run inflatables, this episode answers the questions operators are actually asking: What is an AI employee in a rental company? Software that finishes the job. Nick breaks it into three phases: chatbots that answer, agents that complete one task, and swarms that spin up other agents to hit a bigger goal. At The Jump Off that looks like routing, SOPs, customer texts, and posts getting done overnight. Which AI should you use? Nick uses ChatGPT for ideas, Claude for careful writing and code, and Grok for actions and checks. He runs them in the same workflow so they catch each other. ChatGPT will invent an answer to please you. Claude is slower and more careful. Grok is weaker at code and stronger at doing things. What is AEO for a bounce house company? Answer engine optimization means publishing pages that solve a real problem so AI search can cite you. Examples from this episode: a soft unit, a tripped GFCI, weather delays. Those pages also give a customer-service bot something true to send. Keyword-stuffed pages are getting dropped. What is the risk? AI will invent facts. One draft page claimed The Jump Off follows ASTM specifications on every setup. That was false and a liability. You cannot hand the keys over. A human still reviews. Nick's line: you do not have to be the expert. The model is. Your job is to be the boss who checks the work. Presented by Leisure Activities. Ai is Already Changing the Bounce House Business
