    Friend Exposure Anxiety and Social Media

    No one wants to feel weak or drag people down. Just think of “Debbie Downer” at the dinner table on Christmas 🤣 however, as they say “sharing is caring.” Sometimes being open and honest even at the cost of seeming frail or pathetic even is better than living in isolation and holding back something that could help someone else who feels alone in their situation.     I’ve Got This

    You’re not sick....You’re too young to...you lost weight? You’re a woman, you should be happy about that. It’s probably low blood sugar, just eat snacks and drink water throughout the day. We tested you for DQB1*0602 and you were negative. 90% of people with narcolepsy test positive for this, you just have to regulate your sleep schedule. You’re a single mom, of course you’re tired! (The things you are told when they don’t really know what box to throw you into)
