    The Watcher Watches...

The first title was “Watch What You Do and Say”, then it switched to “Watch What You Say”. I immediately thought of Guru rapping with Chaka Khan.  I spaced out…per usual. Anywho…I took time to speak on a past situation that ‘I felt’ cost me a few opportunities, money, growth, etc.  I was told this morning that blessings come out of everything, and my story that I shared on Threads was definitely a blessing. Not solely on me, but to the community and culture I’m part of. I took it with pride and realized that me speaking out and being the loud one (at the time) was for a great cause. On the flip, I’m very careful with my delivery and what I say, because someone is always watching.  That was also a message I wanted the Duval Hip Hop world to understand (you’ll understand when you listen). Someone is always watching.  Always.  Enjoy the show and thank you for tapping in. #TOTHETOP  ******************Follow all socials and subscribe to Mr. Al Pete's website: https://mralpete.com and subscribe to The MPN Network website: https://mpn-llc.com.  Instagram: @mralpete  Threads: @mralpeteMPN  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@alpete  Substack: https://substack.com/@mralpete  Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY    Powered by The MPN Network *************************Follow The MPN Network socials and site below: Website: https://mpn-llc.com Instagram: @mpnmanagement  Threads: @mpnmanagement Facebook: The MPN Network  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@mpnmanagement Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY #mpnnetwork #blackpodcastnetwork #medianetwork

    My Duval Black Media Thoughts

Greetings, Neighbors and Groovers. You got 2 Clear Visions within a month. Talk to me NICELY!! *laughs* On this episode, I go further into a comment I made about Black Media in Jacksonville, Florida. Yeah, it might have been a broad statement, but it isn’t anything different than what happens on social media. I can share my thoughts at the moment with a few nuances. Yeah…all of that.  So…with that…I shared my initial thoughts about how I see Black Media functioning in Duval. At times, I feel like it doesn’t exist due to egos, priorities, and other silly things. The other times, I have hope that we’re going to stand together and effectively tell our stories, and it’ll be people of our race telling it. On Sunday though (Sable Bourbon meet and greet with Morris Chestnut and Harold Perrineau), it was…interesting.  Enjoy the episode. Share your thoughts if any spark up. #TOTHETOP ****************** Follow all socials and subscribe to Mr. Al Pete's website: https://mralpete.com and subscribe to The MPN Network website: https://mpn-llc.com.  Instagram: @mralpete Threads: @mralpeteMPN YouTube: https://youtube.com/@alpete Substack: https://substack.com/@mralpete Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY    Powered by The MPN Network ************************* Follow The MPN Network socials and site below: Website: https://mpn-llc.com Instagram: @mpnmanagement  Threads: @mpnmanagement Facebook: The MPN Network  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@mpnmanagement Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY #mpnnetwork #blackpodcastnetwork #medianetwork

    Managing Grief and Work

August 5, 2026 marks one year that I lost my Father. All of the feels are hitting me. I'm part of the club of people that has lost a parent. I worried about my Mom, my family, even myself. It's a scary feeling because it's new, and I'm reminded that time waits for no one. With all of that...work still rolls in and on. I will say that I ducked behind my work. Not because I was running away, but because I had started two important positions the same day my Father passed away. So...dealing with the grief wasn't continuous. It came here and there, but there was always a deadline I needed to clear, goals I wanted to continue progressing with, a media company that needed operations, and other work related things that kept me...working.  In this episode, I share three points on how I would recommend dealing with grief while working. A LOT of people feel like life goes on, but does it really when you're grieving? We have to be honest with ourselves when it comes to dealing with this unfortunate feeling, and this is partly me...dealing.  Rest in Peace Griffin Young. I love you and miss you...a lot. Power.  Enjoy the show and thank you.  Follow all socials and subscribe to Mr. Al Pete's website: https://mralpete.com and subscribe to The MPN Network website: https://mpn-llc.com.  Instagram: @mralpete  Threads: @mralpeteMPN  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@alpete  Substack: https://substack.com/@mralpete  Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY    Powered by The MPN Network Follow The MPN Network socials and site below: Website: https://mpn-llc.com Instagram: @mpnmanagement  Threads: @mpnmanagement Facebook: The MPN Network  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@mpnmanagement Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY #mpnnetwork #blackpodcastnetwork #medianetwork

Connect The Dots Series: Episode 3: "Actually Connecting the Dots”

Last round of the Connect The Dots Series. I appreciate EVERYONE who supported this move. I would love to see more of these come up, but...we'll see. Please make sure to share this with someone you think will benefit from this.   On this final episode of the series, we speak on how to run point on ACTUALLY making the meaningful connections. I share various ways to complete the task (via segments), if you should stick around until the connection plays in all favors, how to do a real intro, and more.  Again, I hope this resonates with you all. We've all been in situations where a connection was dropped, and that happening has costs us. Whether it was money, an opportunity, or a resource...it wasn't a great feeling. So I hope that this series helps you in your journey to prosper in life.  Share away...share away...share away. Connect The Dots Series: Episode 1: “You Had the Dot…Now What?”

Peace, Neighbors and Groovers. I'm here to present a special series of Clear Visions. If you've been following for a minute, you remember that I explained how I use this platform to experiment, create freely, and to inform the people of my thoughts and/or lessons I've come across. This series is informative, and in my opinion, a simply conversation. A conversation that I felt needed to happen, so why not put it in a podcast format? *shrugs* This three-episode series is about connecting the dots. It's an observation of how people have the proper situation to connect two resources, but for whatever reasons, it doesn't work. Now, on a good-bad day, I'll say that people be gatekeeping and hating, but on a reflective day, my first thought would be that people aren't aware of HOW to facilitate a connection.  Enjoy the series. I hope this helps someone in their journeys. I more so hope that it helps that person that drops the ball when making said connection.  Prayerfully, I'll have the other narrative shows done to present to you all...soon. #TOTHETOP ****************** Follow all socials and subscribe to Mr. Al Pete's website: https://mralpete.com and subscribe to The MPN Network website: https://mpn-llc.com.  Instagram: @mralpete  Threads: @mralpeteMPN  YouTube: https://youtube.com/@alpete  Substack: https://substack.com/@mralpete  Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY    Powered by The MPN Network ************************* Follow The MPN Network socials and site below: Website: https://mpn-llc.com Instagram: @mpnmanagement  Threads: @mpnmanagement Facebook: The MPN Network  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@mpnmanagement Discord: https://discord.gg/HVZCDEPY #mpnnetwork #blackpodcastnetwork #medianetwork
