Ars Americana

Ars Americana is the podcast I want playing every morning while I sip my coffee. Briawna, the host, has a very calm and engaging voice as she explores the history of musical pieces and their origin stories. The perfect blend of story, history, and music. This is the kind of podcast you can have on in the background when you want something pleasant to listen to; or, if you really want to dig in and learn something new, Briawna offers deep insight into each of the topics she explores. A new favorite!! Highly recommend.

Briawna is a trifecta! A skilled musicologist, pianist, and storyteller. This podcast promises to be engaging, beautifully produced, and educational. I loved the first episode and am eagerly awaiting many, many more.

Briawna tells the stories you didn’t know you needed about art and music. She is an extremely talented pianist and knows her history. Very well put together, enjoyable to listen to and worth every minute!

She paints an excellent picture that you can easily visualize with her words, music, and well incorporated sound effects. It is obvious that she is well versed in history and music, making it easy to rope me into another world.
