Wait Clothing Founders, Joboy Dejan and Jose Bagnes // On Patience x Perspective, Thriving in Times of Pandemic, and Aspirations for the Laguna community.

On this istambay session, we had a conversation with two young entrepreneur who have an interesting story about how they started their brand; two people coming from different avenues, genres, and interests, but still decided to collaborate with their ideas and create a material and community that values that philosophy of Patience and Respecting Time. The Founders of Wait Clothing (@waitclothing), Joboy Dejan and Jose Bagnes! Joboy, Jose, and I talked about a lot of goodies! We talked about how a person's life experiences may contribute on the goals or crafts they are building up. They also talked about the process of how they've come up with their designs, the inspirations where they are grounded, and the hobbies they are passionate about other than Wait Clothing. One of the fascinating ideas that both the three of us shared is the idea of bringing like-minded people together, and how art, designs, music, and crafts can be a new grounds for conversations and a material as provocateur. How they established a brand and what are its history; and even how did they've come up with their name, the brands philosophy, the struggles and learnings they've encountered along the process. As one of the many businesses that are thriving in this challenging times due to the pandemic, we talked about how they harness themselves and choice to progress even with bigger conflicts at present; and what they do look forward on the coming days/years for themselves, their brand, and the community of Laguna that they are aspiring to bring on to the larger audiences. Multi-disciplinary Creative, Sage // Interpreting One's Self, Films on establishing Realities, and the Spiritual Philosophy of Theta Healing.

On this istambay session, I invited a person who never ceases to amaze me every day, and someone dear to my life; a lady who is passionate about self-growth, film, art & literature, women empowerment, philosophy & books aficionado, and introduced me to the idea of spiritual philosophy that she has been practicing for years now. The Founder of Sloppy Heads Studios ( @slopppyheadstudio.), Sage! Sage and I talked about a lot of goodies! -Her field of study, Philosophy, and its impact on her perspective in living and life; and how much it affects how she sees everything around her, even to the interpretations of her experiences or even the experiences of people she connects with. -Her past experience as a Ghostwriter, musings between Passion vs. Earning Money (for getting by); her new path on studying Film, Directing, and Scriptwriting; and a small digest on the role of moving pictures/films on the mindset and thinking of the society; and how films will help to reveal the circus reality of our country, Philippines. -What it means to be a Medical Intuitive Practitioner, and Certified Theta Healer; what exactly is Theta Healing, the spiritual philosophy it embodies, and its probable spiritual contribution to an individual or modern society.
